ORDERS / SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Delays may occur if interrupted by a holiday. We make every effort to maintain our stock, however, if an item is out of stock or there is a delay in shipping the order we will contact you. Most orders will ship via Priority Mail through the US Postal Service as it is the least costly method. We will advise you if we are aware of a lower shipping rate.

We do not accept returns except due to damage or error. To provide you the best service possible, we check our products and orders thoroughly to avoid error and then package them to avoid damage. If you are ever unsatisfied with any of our products please call us and we will make every effort to resolve the problem. Shipping for any returns will be at the expense of the buyer and must include the original receipt, email address, shipping address and phone number.

Please refer to the chart below for shipping and handling charges. Missouri residents will be charged a state sales tax of 7.175%. Please call for shipping rates outside the United States.
