"Sew" Many New Things
It's been several weeks since I have been in the shop and the new knee is doing great, but I have missed so may new things. New bolts of Ruby Star from Moda. These are printed on quilters cotton or a light weight canvas and suitable for so many different use. There is a great panel and Mary has started a project. Can't wait to see it. Love all those prints and depth of color. Check them out!
And another line from Jackie Robinson Magnificent Blooms features a gorgeous floral panel on black with a whole line of coordinates. We have several patterns that will work for this panel but we are kitting this one.
And, now what's going on! Guest Teacher! Mary Honaas will be teaching a class many of us have wated.
"Quilting on your domestic machine" will be Tuesday, November 5, Noon-4 PM, in the studio. Click here for more info and to register. The class is $40 and she will provide a kit to help you get started. Limited seating.
Congratulations!
Ariel Connor, Carley Combs, and Shelby Regan from our area were all finalists in the 2019 I Can Quilt N Sew contest. There entries were judged at the Missouri State Quilt Guild fall retreat last weekend. They did not win but what a great effort from all!
